As Directed (Hourly) Pricing

For travel between locations where a flat rate does not exist, Swish Houston Limousine will charge the vehicle prevailing hourly rate with a two (2) hour minimum charge. Customers are billed from the time the vehicle leaves the garage until the time it returns to the vehicle’s garage in 15-minute increments. Fractions of an hour are rounded to next quarter-hour.
 
Recommended Gratuity

Our quoted prices are all-inclusive, including tolls and taxes, except for gratuity. Gratuity is not included in the quoted prices; however, the client can ask to add a 20% or higher recommended gratuity at their own convenience.
 
Wait Time Policy

Our grace period varies from 5 to 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time, depending on the class of service you have booked. For point-to-point transfers, it is 15 minutes for executive class, 10 minutes for business class and 5 minutes for an economy class ride. Exceeding the grace period will result in authorized wait time charges.

No wait time will be charged for the trips booked hourly, but over time, if it exceeds 15 minutes above the scheduled hours.

Swish Houston Limousine is capable of monitoring all commercial flights, and the grace period is measured after the flight has landed; therefore, for airport arrivals and departures, the grace period is 30 and 60 minutes for domestic and international flights.

Swish Houston Limousine does not monitor private flights due to security issues; therefore, an authorized wait time will be charged as incurred for any passenger arriving at an FBO of any parent airport or on a private plane if delayed by more than 15 minutes of the pickup time.
 
Stop Policy

Passenger-requested stops on route during a point-to-point reservation will be charged twenty-five dollars ($25) per stop. Stop times lasting more than 15 minutes will result in wait time charges. If the passenger requests a stop off the route for point-to-point reservations, charges will revert to the prevailing vehicle hourly rate and may change the all-inclusive fare.
 
Cancellation Policy

All Cancellations must be made by placing a phone call or email. All deposits are non-refundable for prom reservations, and if you had selected a service, that was charged upfront.

Cancellations for Sedans and SUVs must be made at least 4 hours before the expected pick-up time; otherwise will result in full charge. For an executive class service, the cancellation policy is 2 hours before the pickup time; for a business class, it is 4 hours.

Each client is responsible for notifying us of all airline changes, delays, cancellations & missed flights. Delayed flights are billed after the flight has landed.

The client is responsible for guests and assumes full financial responsibility for any damages to the vehicle, whether by accident, neglect, or intent.
